Prophecies especially end times only come from God through His Holy Spirit using ordinary man to in-dwell (2 Peter 1:20-21/ John 14:17, 15:26, 16:13). Normally dreams/visions (in a tranche) are related to the normal daily activity or pre occupations of the mind of the person having the vision or a dream. If you are a pastor or worker in the ministry or so grossly concern/involve in politics and social issues of your community, you will have an overhang of the issues in your mind when you start to rest or sleep.
