Its really not that outlandish of a prediction to be made that they would come out with something like this at the present rate of technology growth. I am not worried about it at this point. However, I will take note of it and listen to the politions and goverment officals in the future and see if they try to push this harder. When you see them talking about expanding something like this to the general popluation and push for requirements, then we need to worry quite a bit.
