The coccyx (/ˈkɒksɪks/ kok-siks; plural: coccyges or coccyxes), commonly referred to as the tailbone, is the final segment of the vertebral column in humans and apes, and certain other mammals such as horses. In animals with bony tails, it is known as tailhead or dock, in bird anatomy as tailfan. It comprises three to five separate or fused coccygeal vertebrae below the sacrum, attached to the sacrum by a fibrocartilaginous joint, the sacrococcygeal symphysis, which permits limited movement between the sacrum and the coccyx. In humans and other tailless primates (e.g., great apes) since Nacholapithecus (a Miocene hominoid),[5][6] the coccyx is the remnant of a vestigial tail, but still not entirely useless;[7] it is an important attachment for various muscles, tendons and ligaments—which makes it necessary for physicians and patients to pay special attention to these attachments when considering surgical removal of the coccyx.[8] Additionally, it is also a part of the weight-bearing tripod structure which acts as a support for a sitting person. When a person sits leaning forward, the ischial tuberosities and inferior rami of the ischium take most of the weight, but as the sitting person leans backward, more weight is transferred to the coccyx.[8] ~Wikipedia

Basically, while the tailbone has /some/ use, it isn't necessary for life.

And, with your second example with the cats and dogs, that is because cats and dogs don't have enough DNA in common with each other. However; If you take a horse and a donkey of opposite sexes, they will mate and the female will give birth to a mule. A mule is its own species. A lion and a tiger would make a Liger, once again, it's own species.

Good article. I am a Christ follower and I can confirm that we are most definitely living in the last days, for God has shown me himself through various dreams and visions. He has also shown me that America is modern day Babylon, and has anointed me to warn people (Read Jeremiah 50:51 and Revelation 18 to see what I mean)

And if you don't believe in God, well that's your loss, because I know for a fact he is real, and I also know that Jesus Christ is returning soon.

God bless,
Drew

"There are only two possibilities as to how life arose; one is
spontaneous generation arising to evolution, the other is a supernatural
creative act of God, there is no third possibility. Spontaneous
generation that life arose from non-living matter was scientifically
disproved 120 years ago by Louis Pasteur and others. That leaves us with
only one possible conclusion, that life arose as a creative act of God.
I will not accept that philosophically because I do not want to believe
in God, therefore I choose to believe in that which I know is
scientifically impossible, spontaneous generation arising to evolution."
-Dr. George Wald, evolutionist, Professor Emeritus of Biology at the University at Harvard, Nobel Prize winner in Biology.

This quote very effectively sums up the entire evolutionist argument. There simply isn't any verifiable evidence, or observable or repeatable data support the theory. But the only alternative is creation. If it was creation, that requires a creator. God if you will. If there is a God, there is potentially someone to be held accountable to. Refusal to accept the possibility of creation has absolutely nothing to do with science. In fact it is the complete antitheses of the Scientific Method. You can't deny your results just because you don't like them. You change your theory.
